Here is the updated set of results started in the previous post. GeForce 7600GT, 7300GT and 7300GT overclocked added to the charts.
Contenders:
PALIT GeForce 7300GT 256 DDR3
GIGABYTE GeForce 7600GS 256MB DDR2
ASUS GeForce 7600GS 256MB DDR2
MSI GeForce 7600GS 256MB DDR2
GAINWARD GeForce 7600GS 256MB DDR3
GALAXY GeForce 7600GS 256MB DDR3
MSI GeForce 7600GT 256MB DDR2
LEADTEK GeForce 7600GT 256MB DDR3
Test Settings:
Hardware: AMD Athlon XP 2500+ 1.8Ghz (Barton), 2.5GB RAM Dual Channel DDR400,
Operating system: WindowsXP 32bit SP3
Drivers: nvidia ForceWare 307.83
Each graphics card was prepared according to the same routine procedure:
New thermal paste (Arctic MX-4) was applied
The card was warmed up for about one hour using the FurMark stress test until temperatures stabilized
Four synthetic benchmarks were run as part of the test suite: 3DMark 2001 SE, 3DMark 2005, 3DMark 2006, and FurMark 1.6.5
Temperatures were monitored using HWiNFO32 in degrees Celsius. The ambient temperature was about 24°C. The minimum temperature was recorded at the beginning of 3DMark 2001 SE, while the maximum was recorded during FurMark, which was the final test in the suite.

There are a few things worth pointing out to better explain the results:
All tests appear to be heavily bottlenecked by a relatively slow CPU (AMD Athlon XP 2500+). As a result, the scores are very similar across all models, which is not surprising given this processor.
The PALIT 7300 GT card is a great overclocker. When pushed to its limits at 560 MHz core / 1400 MHz, it can easily match or even surpass other 7600 GS cards.
The MSI GeForce 7600 GT uses slower DDR2 memory instead of DDR3, unlike other GT models. Because of this, it cannot match the performance of Leadtek or Galaxy Microsystems models.

All tests might be updated in the future with even faster test platform (Intel 775) and additional Geforce 7 series cards like 7800 & 7900 AGP.
