RETURNS & REFUNDS

1. 14-day return policy 

You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to return it—no questions asked.

To start a return, simply fill out our 14-day return form. We’ll guide you through the next steps to make the process quick and easy.

Please make sure the item is returned in its original condition, with all packaging and accessories included. You may check the product as you would in a store, but it should not show signs of extended use.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund as soon as possible.

2. warranty conditions

All items in our store come with a 12-month warranty period (unless stated otherwise on the product page).

The warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults arising from normal use of the product.

The warranty does not apply to:

  • Mechanical damage caused by improper use, impact, or external force


  • Damage resulting from incorrect installation, maintenance, or storage

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

  • Damage caused by external factors, including water, fire, or other environmental influences

3. Can I cancel or change my order?

We try to ship orders as quickly as possible. As soon as payment is accepted and the order is confirmed, it usually goes into the picking and packing process. This means there is only a small time window to stop or change it.

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please email us as soon as possible at classicvga@hotmail.com with the subject line “Cancellation” or “Order change”, and include your full name and order number. We will let you know what is still possible at that moment.

4. Can I return the product if I simply change my mind?

Yes, of course! However, please remember that you have only 14 days from receiving the item to return it. You will also need to cover the cost of shipping it back to our address.

5. How long does a refund take?

If a refund is approved, you should normally receive it within up to four weeks from the moment you hand the return package to the shipper. In many cases it will be faster. This time includes:

  • 5–10 business days for the package to reach me,

  • 3–5 business days to inspect and process your return after I receive it,

  • 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund back to your account.

6. Exchanges

If we agree to exchange a product, the delivery time for the replacement item depends on your location and the shipping method used. In most cases it should be similar to the regular shipping time you experienced with your original order.
