How shipping fees are calculated
The shipping fee is calculated based on the total weight of the whole package. If you buy multiple items, they are combined into one shipment whenever possible.
The shipping cost is added automatically to your final price before checkout, so you always see the total before you pay.
The item weight is listed in each product description, and the final fee depends on your destination country.

All packages are registered, and an international tracking number will always be provided.

Delivery times & possible delays
Orders are typically shipped within 2–3 business days from Poland. The final delivery time depends on your country and local postal/customs processing. Please note that delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier issues, customs, new tariffs, or local restrictions.

European Union countries: Postal Service 7–14 days.

USA / Canada: Postal Service 14–28 days. 3-5 days by FedEx.

Australia, Asia, South America, Africa: Postal Service 14–28 days. 3-5 days by FedEx.
Import duties & taxes
Import duties, tariffs, or other local taxes are not included in the shipping price. These may be charged by your local customs office or courier, according to your country's regulations
Delayed or lost parcels
If your package is heavily delayed or appears lost, please contact me with your order number and tracking link so I can start an investigation with the postal service.
